Why a Webinar Series?
For the last ten years, our programs have equipped participants with rigorous frameworks and practical tools for innovation. We've heard from our community that you want affordable and accessible ways to experience our services and after experimenting with our first public webinar series in 2016, we are proud to have offer a four-part webinar series this Fall 2017 that shares our essential frameworks and tools with a broader audience online.
Our 2017 webinar series is geared towards practitioners and leaders in the arts and cultural sectors who are interested in Adaptive Leadership within Organizational Innovation. You have likely engaged with many of these principles already - this series offers a framework and shared language to ground your work and help to navigate challenges which you might face within your organization. Each 60-min interactive webinar will be led by Managing Director Melissa Dibble and will feature organizational leaders and special guests who have successfully engaged innovation and adaptive change in the arts.
